On my mama this McDonald’s straight up was the worst experience I ever had and I do not say that lightly. I only got a milkshake and McFlurry through a MOBILE ORDER by the way, and still had to wait 15 minutes in the line. But I get it. People are in front of me. What I don’t get is why they was like “ya know what’d be funny? If we make the McFlurry AFTER bro gets to the window.” And I’m assuming they were trained by Helen Keller the way it was just M&M’s thrown on top of a glob of ice cream with a lid that don’t even fit like what kinda situation are y’all in Jawn got ALL OVER my car and floor mats (Yes they’re made of turf and no I can’t get you any). I was actually so pissed I dedicated like 7 minutes of my life to make this review. Something that I NEVER do. Food prices have gone up way too much, even the employees talk about how it’s outrageous. Service is not the best as we have been through multiple times and they forget multiple items from our mobile order. I just wish they would be more organized especially when it’s a mobile order, they have time to get it right the first.

Excellent work and much appreciated the customer service from the 2 people working. Give these people more credit, they’re working a shortage and providing you food with a mile long line… SO WE HAD A Late night stop… thankful this location is 24 hours, the one in Bellevue closed suddenly for the evening. Food was made correct and it was hot. Did wait a long time due to door dash and drive thru limits. We thank you again for your service!! ❤️

They had a staffing problem on my visit. I used the mobile app to order a drink and a cheeseburger. I waited at the lane 2 speaker for at least 10 minutes, watching cars at lane 1 come and go. I finally parked and went inside to get my food. Nice employees but completely disorganized.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We used a kiosk to order food because they told us to. They never brought the food out. When we asked about it. They lied and said they did. (Obviously not) they remade it. Never brought it out or called us again. Then had the nerve to lie again. They brought out another tables food and tried giving it to us ( this family had already left because of the poor service) at the end of it all we got a refund and went somewhere else. (The food was found 45 minutes later sitting on the counter ice cold and they wanted us to take it then. No thank you. If i wanted cold food I would not have came to a restaurant. not even an apology for the way they were treating us.

Slow af. Staff are rude and irresponsive. One was hanging around flirting with another customer while I am waiting 30 minutes for a simple brewed coffee ( no additions) just pour and serve… they seem to prioritize drive thru. If you order at the counter it means you are extremely low priority and just have wait forever until somebody feels like preping your order.

I was here on a doordash run and it was chaos. There was a lot of employees in the kitchen area but only the manager was moving with a sense of urgency to get orders out. He even said he was sick (and looked it) but was still working. I felt bad for him. A bunch of younger kids working there so the professionalism was non existent. She saw how busy the lobby was and kept saying “yal need to send me home” instead of seeing how she could help her coworkers. The wait was extremely too long. It’s always issues here but I can imagine it’s hard to find good employees.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Everything about my visit was horrible. First I did a curbside pick up,and I had to go inside to get my food. When I checked my order it was missing items and when I asked about them. I was told that everything was in the bag and that I was wrong. I had to convince a lady with a lot of attitude to get my missing items. When I finally got home and bit into my burger, it was raw. I will never go there again.
