Visited this McDonald’s and I rarely go to any McDonald’s. I hate their fries and any cheeseburger, besides a big Mac, all taste the same. I ordered a filet with no cheese, cooked fresh with tarter sauce on the side. By a miracle it came plain but no freshly cooked. 1 good thing was the cup of tarter sauce. It was an ample size cup for a change.

What can I say about McDonald’s….if I didn’t have grandchildren I probably would never return to this location! Probably the poorest service consistently! 1 out of 10 visits I might get what I actually ordered! Food quality is …well McDonald’s. Not great but not terrible. 3rd time my order has been messed up in a month! Went through drive through today & ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal & a kids chicken nugget happy meal. Got a filet o fish meal instead which is the worst item on the menu. No offer to fix it, just a sorry about your luck attitude. I acknowledge my lack of double checking the order on the screen but I’m out of giving this McDonald’s opportunities to get it right!

Terrible experience! Our McDonalds is probably one do the worse McDonalds in all of Kentucky. Gave us the wrong sauces, didn’t give us the right sized drink. Cheese burger was only supposed to be with ketchup and it had everything on it. Forgot rest of our other drinks. Told the women at the window that we still needed our drinks and she took her headset off and walked away. Honestly unacceptable regardless if you’re having a bad day or not. Do better…

The food is so-so but my review is for the hygiene. I’m not calling names or even telling what gender due to embarrassment . However, one person in the drive thru has long, very dirty nails. I get worried when they aren’t working the drive thru because I have fear they are making my food. McDs, pay more attention to hygiene please.
