I’m assuming the computer screen system is very complicated here. The employees seemed so overwhelmed looking at it trying to determine who gets what. Customer service skills are not a priority here. But the food came out OK. Update: I also think they avoid handing out receipts so that you’re unable to survey them properly.

I have not been inside a McDonald’s in a long time, and the staff was very friendly and gave my son a couple McDonald’s toys. The food came out nice, hot and fresh and tasted as it should (I ordered an Egg McMuffin with a hash brown and Mocha Frappé, my husband a sausage McMuffin with a hash brown and my son hot cakes and sausage) and the dine in area was clean.
