My 14 year old twin boys and 3 of their buddies that were over for a sleep over on (Saturday January 28th 2023 )all walked to this McDonalds from the Meijer grocery store nearby. I came there to pick them up and there was a young African American man possibly a manager that evening around 10:30 pm who was waiting on my boys and his friends and I just wanted to make sure that he received a huge Kudos for how he handled my kids along with the drive thru patrons. He looked like he may have been the only one there, however you would have never know based on how efficient he was even as he was bombarded with both the drive thru and my 5 boys. He did everything with a smile and was an absolute joy in the way he handled 50 things at once and never became overwhelmed or frustrated with anything, again just did it with a smile. At any rate I wanted to make sure he received some recognition on his work ethic and positive attitude, which is hard to find these days especially in today’s restaurant environment with being short staffed. Thanks for your kindness and smile even though you may have been overwhelmed. Hope you get some recognition for this post!! ❤️

If I could give negative stars I would. This McDonald’s is the WORST one I have ever been to. The customer service is awful, and the food is not all that great, if you even get what you ordered!! The guy that answer the speaker box, did not greet me. All he said was, “what do you want” and then when I told him what I wanted he responded with, “what” like he didn’t he listen to me the first time. So I told him again, he responded with, “first window”.

Waited at the window for 10 minutes! Ordered a hot fudge sundae and a McFlurry. Nothing else! They could not figure out our order. The sundae tasted like chemicals and so did the McFlurry! We stopped at UDF and threw both items in the trash!! No management going on at this location! Very disappointing!

Went to this McDonald’s tonight at 10:15p and ordered food for my family which included a Big Mac combo (among other things). Got home and found that my Big Mac had NO MEAT at all!!! Went back to complain of course at 10:51p and store was pitch black with no cars on lot… Yet they close at 11p!?!? We always have issues with this McDonald’s but this takes the cake. This is the WORST McDonald’s! Don’t waste your money here!
