So slow. :30 minutes for a mobile order through drive thru. Would have been longer but 1/2 the people got out of line before ordering which I would have done if I hadn’t already been charged for the meal on the mobile app! They need to seriously rethink their processes because something is broke. I asked what is going on and they said they just got some employees in that there were only 2 of them since 5:00 am. It’s now nearly 8:00. 35 minutes and counting

Service wasn’t worth the money these people make. There were 8 of them working and half of them were playing around. Maybe if the manager on duty spent more time managing her employees when they are playing around trying to stab others with the fry containers, my order would have actually be right. Instead I got 1 sandwich I ordered and 4 I did not (mind you I ordered only a chicken sandwich and a quarter pounder). Wasn’t happy, probably won’t go back. Can’t say I’d recommend it either.

ZERO STARS! I will never go back! It was nice when it was a franchise . TERRIBLE NOW! Orders ARE NEVER CORRECT! Management is awful and they look like the just rolled out of bed! The drive through has trash that is never cleaned up! The kids working there seem to not care whatsoever and are rude! Ordered a cold caramel macchiato. The kid handed me a hot coffee and I told him this is not what I ordered, so he turned around, poured it in a regular cup and handed me a cup of ice!! Unbelievable! They have every car pulling up to the third window where you sit until you have to park and walk in! because they forget about you! This place is A MESS!!

We waited in the drive-through window for over 15 minutes in lane 2 and the person ignored us and only took orders from people in lane 1 – totally ignored us. Then my husband went inside because we weren’t being helped, the manager saw him and walked away. This restaurant has hit rock bottom in service and it’s been going downhill for the past year. We are done!

First of all the app rarely works near the building thus making it impossible to use points and deals. Second, do they ever have hot fries? There is an expected standard when handing them your hard earned cash. I don’t order caramel iced coffee here anymore because they never get it right. I will assume that all 3 McDonalds in Grove City are the same franchise because they are all consistently bad. They rarely meets the standard and should lose their franchise. Prices went up and the standards are virtually nonexistent. I won’t go back.

I have gotten doordashed deliveries from this location a few times now and they always inevitably screw it up. They never call if they can’t provide something ordered, they just swap it with whatever they want. This morning for example, I ordered a Large mocha Frappe (coffee). They didn’t bother to call me to say anything about not being able to give what I ordered. My order came, and instead of a Large mocha frappe, I was given a Large DIET COKE. Not coffee, disgusting, worst soda imaginable, wouldn’t drink it, went straight in the trash, not even half the cost of a frappe to even be considered a suitable replacement not to mention they do currently have 3 different flavors of frappes, they couldn’t have called or provided anything remotely similar? Pretty ignorant if you ask me how they get away with ripping people off.

Kawaii Potato
Went here eairlier today after a long day of work only to have some girl be super rude to me. I got a cheese burger with onion and tomato only. When I got to the 2nd Window I asked for extra tomato as a young girl was handing me my bag. She got super angry about that and instead of giving me my drink she ripped it away from my hand. She then yelled at the others behind her to get tomatos for me. The whole time I was scared she was going to throw my drink at me. I mean she was holding my drink so tight I thought it might bust open. After getting my food I told her to have a nice day and she mocked me. I then said to have a blessed day and she mocked me again! If you dont like your job do not work there. Almost everywhere is hiring
