Ordering inside this location was a big mistake. They were severely understaffed, and when we asked about our order number after waiting 10 minutes, the overwhelmed employee responded “I’m only one person” and walked away without answering our question. After 15 minutes waiting for our order, we gave up and left. My experiences with the drive-through have been much more positive. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t appear to have the resources to provide adequate service for both drive-through and dine-in customers. I will always use the drive-through in the future.

My visit was on a Friday evening around 5:30 with grandkids. No ONE was in front lobby area to take my order . I could hear numerous people in back laughing and joking. I literally said in a loud voice after about 2 minutes HELLO.. of course the grandkids thought this was funny.. and finally after shouting 4 or 5 times someone finally came up took the order and also this took forever to get our food which was cold needless to say I won’t be returning

Ordered a large fry, was given none, they refused to either honor the app or let me reorder, all the girl said was sorry and walked away, never been refused to order something at a fast food restaurant, I got to watch my coworkers eat their fries while I atey burgers with no side of any kind. It’s sad because this used to be one of the better locations on Central Ohio but it looks like the new roster of employees are ensuring that isn’t the case anymore

Great cozy little place to see a show. Bartenders and staff are super friendly. My friend and I drove up from Columbus, Ohio to see DeVotchKa and The Joy Formidable. Even if you don’t get the VIP tickets, the venue makes you feel that way! Highly recommend!
