Had to wait 15 minutes for a quarter pounder. When it came out it was dry and looked like someone put it together with their eyes closed. I went in and asked for a refund. The lady said a few cuss words and yelled at the guys in back. She then handed me a bag with another quarter pounder. I said I just want a refund, she rudely said I wish you would have said that from the beginning. I will do all I can to avoid this place.

i’m getting sick of getting stale buns every time I get fast food. It’s getting a little ridiculous. This is not the first time that it’s happened at this location. And it’s not something that I should expect. I should not always expect my food to not even feel warm. I also got a frappe. The frappe‘s are always good. I’m not sure what’s going on up there today but as I was pulled forward I watched a total of 8 cars pulled forward and the biggest issue was the pie that I asked for 🙁 really didn’t know I was going to get one that felt like it was microwaved for 5 minutes straight and burning so hot I get third degree blisters on the inside of my mouth and tongue and a hospital trip out of it
