Im giving 2 stars because I have had fair experiences most every time I come here multiple times a week. But tonight when I ordered 2 drinks, 2pies and a tote of cookies I wasn’t told of any wait. I normally am told that there will be a few minute wait for the cookies, which is fine. Typically less than 5 minutes. But after I waited in spot 1 for 15 minutes I went inside and was told it would be another 5 minutes for the pies. If I had known there would be a 20 minute wait for pies I would have gotten something else. Just really frustrated that no one cared to tell me about the wait

But tonight I stopped here after work to pick up food for me and my family after working 12 hours at 830pm to come home to our food sloppy,hard buns , rubbery chicken nuggets old grease fries. So I stop back there to explain my situation and the manager ( white lady short) was very rude and unprofessional about it saying I was lying, why would I waste my time to go back there to get it remade if I was lying. I’m not gonna lie, worst management I experienced at any fast food restaurant. Do not go here. They remade the order and it was still old smh.

Usually the employees are very good, but the woman (shorter white woman with glasses) tonight (10:09pm on 1/09) literally got attitude with us for wanting to use points that were about to expire. She told us it would be cheaper not to use the points but I think that was just laziness.. because it ended up being cheaper using our points. She rolled her eyes at us, slammed the window, and yelled “oh my god!” to the person next to her. She needs an attitude check.

I tried to order the daily double cheeseburger. The lady said that she had never heard of it. This item is not on their menu board but it is on their app and I’ve never had a issue ordering it before when going thru the drive thru. Instead of explaining this I just order a combo meal with large fries. The fry container was 1/2 full and none had fallen out into the bag. If I go back, I’ll be going inside to make sure neither one of these issues happen again.
