Went through drive thru. Used the ap, great value. Got two double cheese burgers they were amazing. Tasted like McDonald’s of yesteryear, onions back on the burgers during the cooking process about time. Back to basics, was a Manager in the eighties happy that taste is back.

If this location can’t or won’t hire sufficient staff, they need to just close already. Last time I was there, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order (a common occurrence from this drive-thru). When they tried to bring my food, it wasn’t even close to my order. No other attempt was made. After half an hour, I went inside and had to tell someone behind the counter what it was I was waiting for because they had no idea. I will not be returning to this location any time soon, absolutely dreadful.

Don’t understand the pull up lane at Chardon Ohio. Would love to know the point of pulling me up for a cheeseburger only to me met almost immediately by a older gentleman running in and out of the store with food. Is this store having some kind of timer contest? Is this McDonald’s just accepting reality of efficiency ( or lack of) current work force ? Idk but it’s disconcerting at best .

Left home a little earlier than usual to get some McDonald’s before work. They open at 5 AM. I got there at 5:56 AM. 3 people in front of me left. At 6:02 AM, someone finally got on to inform me they would not be able to serve food fo4 at least another 30 minutes. It’s already an hour after they were supposed to open and they need another 30 minutes at least. I am very disappointed.
