My order was wrong but I have to say I watched the manager..I’m told her name is Coco she managed this place like no one I’ve seen in a while she HELPED her team she was present she was kind from making fries to the cashier assisting her when stuck and even acknowledged me when no one else did. It was great to see her in action and made the mistake that was made easier to forgive bc I saw first hand how hands on she was with her team!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! The drive thru board was completely blacked-out should have been the first clue to avoid this place. They took orders and the manager, if you want to say that, kept telling the window person to have people pull up front and to wait for their order only no one was bringing the orders out. So ridiculous to empty the drive thru line and pile the cars up front. Of course, they “didn’t have anyone working”. The manager should have been running orders out if needed and not pulling cars forward so workers could focus on preparing orders instead of going outside. Limited workers and a poor manager is a bad combination.

Every time I come here and go to curbside, I’m always waiting 10+ minutes. On top of that, every time we do curbside, they always forget our hashbrown. I went through three times in a week just for a pie, they were out of them twice and then forgot it the third. I got an SMALL ice coffee one time and there was two inches of room on the top and was not stirred at all. This morning, I got a bagel with extra sauce and got hardly any sauce, and part of my bagel was burnt. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would try to go in to fix it all. When I have time, I try to call, and I never get an answer.

We are getting ready to take off we pulled in for a coffee and they said they had to make coffee and they will bring it out to us and we’ve been outside for 15 minutes. This is beyond horrible customer service and if you think I’m being strict please look up my other reviews and you will see that I do not give bad reviews

One of the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been too. Order breakfast on the app at 10am and they want to complain about when I get up to the drive threw cause by the time I got to the speaker they were done serving breakfast the lady said that all of my items were unavailable they when I order at 10am they didn’t even have the food made. Now I have been sitting here in a reserved place for 45 mins and still no food. Fast food should be fast that’s why they call it fast food for a reason!!!! Never again will I come to this location for breakfast

Today I went their with my husband and a black guy was rude to us he was on his cell phone and waited to give us our stuff to he was off his phone my husband told them no whip cream on the one and it came with both he told them . I did want that fix and he would not fix it at all and some black girl said omg so we took the messed up drinks and left we will never go back to that one and both of us will be calling the corporate office on them . My children and I went to this location at around 7:30 this evening. The only people at work was the GM, shift manager and 1 cashier. The man who took my order at the first window, handed me my food at the second window. He was polite and kind. The fact that there was only 3 people at work and my wait time was only about 6 minutes was quite impressive! I literally gave them a round of applause. Literally! I’m a manager myself and I feel like the staff this evening was extremely wonderful.
