Literally the absolute worst McDonald’s. Before I get started just don’t go, go to the Ridgeville one! We went through the drive-through, ordered a six piece chicken McNuggets, and three cheeseburgers. That’s it. Had to pull around to wait for the food in the parking lot. When they gave us our food we got the 6 piece nuggets with sauce we asked for and said we were missing ALL of the burgers. The girl laughed and went back inside. We then waited about 20 minutes and I went into the restaurant and asked for an update while I was being nice and no attitude. She gave me the bag and it was still messed up and missing a burger. Absolutely not going here ever again. It’s mind boggling

This place has really gone down hill. I sat in the mobile parking space for 13 minutes until I finally went in and pick the order up myself. Every drive through and delivery person was taken care of before mine. It’s completely unacceptable and sad this is the only McDonalds in the area.

I come here only when I’m heading home this way and don’t wanna drive the extra 6 minutes to the ridgeville one that is 10x better. Not sure why it’s that hard to make a iced caramel mocha coffee. Anytime I order it here unless I buy the espresso one online it’s always made wrong and the workers will try and charge extra for drizzle as if no one knows of such flavor though it’s in the system it’s just in a specific spot. I know because I worked at McDonald’s years ago and the one in ridgeville makes it right at least 8/10 times compared to 0/10 at this location. Also came here about a week ago and one of the employees apologized to me and my friends in his exact words “ for his coworkers for being slow as hell”. He came outside 3-4 times over a 20-30 minute span that we simply waited on a shake, and two drinks because for some reason they pulled us but forgot completely about what we ordered a minute later and each time he went back inside . I’m all for 420 but don’t smoke if you can’t work still.
