We didn’t eat, but stopped in to use the restroom and checkout that playplace! Wow, that slide is the biggest slide we’ve ever been down! The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, however they were really busy and there was a car show going on right outside, so fault assumed to how busy it was. Huge dining areas, I’m sure the food is consistent quality as usual.

Went through the drive thru, ordered and before I could complete my order they had it closed, receipt was a blank piece of paper, ordered chicken nuggets and no sauce, no straws for drink either. And to top it off there was only seven chicken nuggets inside the ten piece. All minor stuff but it seems to always happen, especially the drive thru, you never get extra it’s always stuff missing or the wrong item.

Very GRATEFUL to see this McDonald’s has NOT went full depressed adult themed like Medina location!! This location (Pearl Rd) still offers self serve drink stations & full menu above register’s!!! Please keep them bc NEEDED for ppl like me!! Definitely will go out of my way to come here. It was Saturday afternoon they obviously very busy.. Walking in the tables& trashes needed attn., someone was on top of it within 20mins. Bathrooms were clean though.

The play area is closed because there is vomit in the slide so they close it not clean it. The floors and booths are all covered in food and filth. The tables are disgusting and sticky. The customer service was bad. All of our meals the buns are burnt black. There’s a girl behind the counter prepping food loudly swearing across the whole place in front of children…. this used to be a great McDonald’s. Worst McDonald’s experience ever!!!!!!!

Just received a RAW, undercooked burger from this location, tried to talk to the manager about it and she had an attitude then she hung up on me! Hot food was put in same bag with cold drinks, ordered 2 large frys and got small sized portions. I don’t usually complain but the manager was rude and a basic order was completely messed up. I could deal with the no straws and no napkins but an undercooked burger is uncalled for. The lack of professionalism from the manager is a disgrace
