Absolutely and one of the worst places to go and eat every time I go here for a large fry they are ice cold and barely halfway filled, as of late I’ve been asking for fresh fries and I could tell that the lady gets upset over the speaker and I could tell she grids her teeth as she talks to me with a very upset tone, I went there this past Saturday night after work and I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and a fry, the fry was fresh granted but it was barely filled up halfway and then when I went to open my burger I couldn’t believe how bad of a burnt smell came out of the box I open the burger to check it for myself and I couldn’t believe how black it actually was, being a chef this is something I would not serve to one of my worst enemies let alone a loyal customer absolutely disgusting ratchet and vile I would strongly recommend the different restaurant seeing how the management does not care about this establishment

Mistakes with orders. This is the 3rd time in a row I have gone through the drive through and the orders always had mistakes. This time I ordered a double quarter pounder without onions. Got home, see the box that has a sticker saying “no slivered onions” but what did I find? Onions on the burger. And the fries were cold and limp. Never going back to this one. Paid over $30.00 for two meals which were horrible. This was not during any rush hour so I expected the food to be correct. There are other McDonalds nearby. Never going here again.

This is the second time I’ve been to this McDonald’s, both times I had the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. There is no customer service. After staring at me standing at the register for several minutes and not acknowledging me whatsoever other than glancing at me multiple times and acknowledging every door dasher that came in, I asked if it would be better if I went through the drive through and her response was either way it’s going to be the same wait. Since when don’t you acknowledge a customer and say it will be a couple minutes, sorry it’s busy or something? They were not understaffed. There was so many people just standing or slowly walking to get some apple slices for happy meals. Every time they looked my way there was no smile, just disgust.

Update: The play place is open now. We don’t like their customer service. Messed up our order, and they don’t know how to fix it. We had to waste time ordering a new one and calling my bank to cancel the first order, and they don’t want to honor the promotion deal used in the first canceled order. Not pleasant experience.
