Went inside to get food, the line moved so slow. Finally got the order, frys were cold, the pop machine coke was flat in several different drink choices. No straws or lids available. Napkins on floors and tables. I should have taken more pictures. Very disappointing as fast foods not fast. It’s not cheap and then the place is not clean. I understand short staffing causes some of this but don’t you guys replenish straws and lids before opening each morning? Maybe every now and then go pick trash up

Decided to walk in to use the men’s restroom and order food. Walking in I noticed about 6 people eating or waiting at the tables inside. The was utterly amazingly disgusting!! Dang. Thankfully,I was quick. Yes, I then debated on ordering because of it. But, I was hungry. I ordered on the large touch screen as no one appeared at the counter. Once I ordered, I started looking around. The place looked like it had a wind storm blow through. It really was a mess. I was really rethinking my food choices.

We went through the drive thru and asked for 2 hotcakes, and we got one steaming hot and the other one had legit frozen pancakes. I lifted it up and it was hard as a rock cold in the middle, when I got home to warm it up I found a hair in my food. We tried to take it back but no one gave us the recipe so we were stuck with what we got.

Went through the drive thru. Chicken nuggets where barely warm definitely shouldn’t have been served to any customers. Seems to happen with almost anything you order from McDonald’s unless you tell them to make it fresh which I feel should be something they strive to achieve with every order! Also never gave me my change.

The service was outstanding as far as customer service goes! We stopped by on a Sunday after church and the young ladies were super sweet! They took the time to make small talk and show interest in us as people and shared a little about themselves as well! It might have helped that we had a cute little foster child with us for them to go gaga over ! Praying for their future and all the staff working there!!

Been there twice, both times for the drive up window. The 1st time they screwed up my order, I spoke up to have them correct it but I was either a very poor communicator or somebody wasn’t understanding me cuz it was still wrong on the second attempt – bewildering since it was just a regular menu item. Second visit the guy at the window who was supposed to take my money was frozen in place, informed me their system had crashed, and he wasn’t able to tell me anything else. Drove up to the other window, she took my money, presumably walked it over to the 1st guy’s window, gave me my change, forgot my coffee, went and got it and that was it. Smooth and efficient it wasn’t, but this time at least they got my order right.

The drive-thru service was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I think my double filet-o-fish must have been cooked in old oil. It seemed a bit overdone, but it sat in my stomach like a brick, and I had a nasty BM. The fries fine. I just wish they tasted better once they start cooling, but that’s true of most french .
