Gave us the wrong order on multiple occasions. Workers don’t seem like they care one bit. Tried calling and informing the manager, Danielle, and she did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I understand fast food is supposed to come out fast, but I would hope the food would at least be cooked all the way.

I feel im being generous w these stars, for the fallowing reasons.. im nastalgic to this location been coming here since i was a kid we werent raised on fast food so this place is a treat still to this day. Everytime i try to pre order on ap this is the only location that does not work, on the plus side the icecream & milkshakes are always available & at other locations the icecream machiene isnt working. i like that mcdonalds coca cola is consistantly perfect, above the rest in any restaraunt. Enough about me, i would like to give a lil heads up to whomever reads this to possibly avoid certian, or prepare for, the fallowing “for sure” things if you are in a wheelchair, the double doors couldnñmmcvñ be a challenge- i would suggest curbside- if you magic & mmɓvɓɓ

A spicy number 4B chicken sandwich the piece of chicken is half the size of the bun. missing the cheese i paid for.. and the sandwich was in pieces inside of the bag I had to put it back together but this is garbage for what I paid for it..

One of the better McDonalds in the area. Clean restrooms, fast drive through, friendly staff, and they know how to make a coffee with light ice. They use the quick kiosks (which still don’t have the light ice option). On Route 93 so it’s convenient for southern county drivers heading into Akron. If you need a quick stop place to grab a bite to eat it’s your only real stop in the area.

We were told tonight by the cashier with and attitude that we should have called in our order next time like it was an issue with them closing. Looked later online and they wasn’t even closing for 2 more hours? Our fries were burnt browned to a crisp. Our burgers were burnt and so freaking dry I threw it away. Had none of the dipping sauces we requested. Nasty!

I think I’ve posted 1 review in my life so you gotta be pretty bad for me to bother. Maybe somebody that runs this place will care. What exactly are we paying for at this point? Getting rained on at the drive through because you have no cover? The 10 minute wait every single time? The cold fries? The incorrect food? The food is neither fast, nor cheap, nor hot, nor correct. I’ve given it too many “probably just a busy night, they’re just kids working” the food is McDonald’s it’s become entirely too expensive to be cold, wrong, and slow the 4 times a year i give it another shot. I’ll go out of my way to anywhere else at this point instead of trying to go somewhere convenient that is anything but.
