Was that McDonald’s in Columbiana and Made mobile curbside pickup order at 12:16 p.m. went in at 12:38 p.m. to ask what was going on because it said that I had collected my food when I had not was told that they were trying even though I watched around 20 people go through the drive-thru get their food and leave so then the lady in the curbside spot next to me who pulled in after us went in and walked out with her food so I then went back in and stood there and watched as when they saw me coming they decided to finally make my six-piece Happy Meal that’s all I was getting a six-piece happy meal and waited for over 20 minutes and still had to walk in and get it myself

Dreadful. This McDonald’s is often very slow, but today I pulled up at the first window to find nobody there. Assuming window two was being used to take payments, I found them completely confused and simply handing me the food. When I explained, a woman retorted “that’s why we say first window” to which I responded they’d simply told me to “pull around.”

If I could give 100 stars I would! We broke down in the drive thru right as we were about to give our order. I ordered as my fiancée hurriedly tried to mess with our battery. When the lady on the mic heard us she offered help n another worker came out to our rescue! Helped us get the car outta the way and assisted as much as he could n returned to work. The ladies at the window were great too! Everyone wa super helpful! We were able to get a new battery and be on our way. If not for the McDonald’s crew that was there yesterday, it coulda been a much worse experience! So thankful to all that took care of us yesterday! Oh n ur coffee rocks too! Lol
