I’m a resident of EP, received bulldog bucks was denied the acceptance of the bulldog bucks at the second drive thru window tonight was told that one of my items was already a bundle and a coupon that they will not accept the bulldog bucks with the bundle. The young girl manager was extremely rude that came to the window. And gave me back my bulldog bucks. McDonald’s please place up your rules on what we are allowed to order and what bulldog bucks are allowed to pay for at the order window. Very sad how I was treated and after the tragedy that was suffered down here in EP you just denied someone food and to eat tonight. Never be back. Was always my favorite location sad just sad .

It’s not just this McDonald’s but I do not remember any visit that I ordered more than one thing that I received exactly what I asked for. Of course it happens everywhere sometimes but McDonald’s remains consistent. Something else that is a regular issue is a broken ice cream machine.

The quality of food depends on who’s working. Service is often lacking in the drive thru (specific workers) but better on the inside. Management needs to have a meeting about the young lady who puts in half orders and screams at you for wanting to add the rest of your order and the non manager who thinks it’s OK to scream at people for having service dogs. It’s federal law to allow them, certifications are illegal and you arent allowed to berate clients and request private medical information. Most of the staff is amazing. However the 2 that constantly do illegal things and cause problems have caused me to rate this location 3 stars.
