If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 star.. I would. This place keeps giving worse and worse. We keep trying get benefit of the doubt in hopes that the staff will turn around for the better and they will actually give people what they order, and deliver HOT or even WARM FOOD..but they don’t. Today, I’m waiting 10 minutes and the pull ahead for my food thinking for once it may be done right. Finally, I went into grab my food. Because I was becoming late for work. I heard the 2 line cooks that were standing there looking each other talking, tell the one lady about my order been setting there. As she grabs the bag and calmly shuffles towards the door, i’m already standing inside the lobby to take my food and go. When I got my food it was ice cold as usual. It’s always the same s*** with these people. I mean it a McDonalds what do you expect?

Was a nice place to take the kids.Wish I could give negative stars!Worst experience ever,very dirty,dirty bucket and mop in order area and nobody cleaning,management out in parking lot smoking,told our food was coming but never did,when they came back in not one person washed hands and went straight to prepping our food and just dropped fries that we waited for before they went outside. Worst McDonald’s in my life. Waited 40 minutes for a McChicken, 4 mcnuggets and 2 coffes. After 40 minutes asked for a refund along with 2 others who also waited same time. Went to next McDonald’s north of here and had order ready in less than 90 seconds.

Short staffed I’m assuming. They forgot about us in the drive-thru. Went inside to order and the place was a mess. No clean spot on the self-service beverage center to set a cup. Tables with old food and wrappers. Floors sticky and full of crumbs.

When I first drove up to the speaker box i waited for probally a good minute before anyone said hello. As I pull up to the window some kid was on the customer side leaned over the counter talking to the young kid working BITING AWAY at his finger nails !!!! Then I was asked to pull up because I was waiting on fries. (Which who doesn’t love fresh fries.) And then I watched 3 cars come and go past me, some guy walk from the hotel to the gas station and come back with a big bag of stuff and still there I am waiting on fries. The kid finally comes out running frantically saying he’s sorry for my wait… that was nice but I was already irritated and just said nothing and drove away. As we get home 4 minutes down the road! OUR FRIES ARE COLD! my child received 7 fries and our meat was warm. And having a four year old …we received No napkins. I’d love to say that I had a horrible experience tonight.
