We left. Overall the restaurant needed some attention with tables and trash throughout, not major, but obvious enough. The play area was hot, so we tried sitting in the main area to order online and the app wouldn’t open. Went to the restroom to wash our hands, while the app tried to open. One sink faucet was broke and the soap dispenser on the other side was broke. App still wouldn’t open, tried connecting to the wifi and the only network was the McDonald’s employee network that wouldn’t allow me to connect. Even restarted my phone and the app still wouldn’t open at this location. No connection and no app to order, we just left and went up to the street at Perry so we could eat and Kyle could play. I didn’t even notice til a day later looking at the pics, they have a box fan on the counter blowing back into the kitchen! That can’t be sanitary or follow health code regulations!?

I visit this McDonald’s fairly regularly. The breakfast shift workers are really good but if you visit after 1:00 or 2:00 the service is absolutely horrible. My most recent visit (aka The one that broke the camel’s back) was later afternoon. I ordered 2 items and had to pull up to wait for my order. They also had at least 4 other cars pull up to wait as well. The girl brought out 3 orders to my car asking if they were mine (they weren’t) and finally after about 10 mins they finally brought out my order. There have been a few times at night that you don’t even know if they are open.. No lights on in the parking lot or the big sign not lit up.

Ordered 4 mcdoubles. That is the same as a doublecheesburger minus one slice of cheese. My wife ordered one of them without mustard. ONE OF THEM. All 4 of them had ZERO PICKLES, ZERO KETCHUP, ZERO ONIONS, and ZERO MUSTARD. Take pride in your work. Literally zero attention to detail. Avoid custom orders here, especially if you are ordering more than one item.

This really is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. I’m shocked the Health Dept hasn’t stepped in. This is the third time this week they’ve given me pop without any ice in it. They don’t even tell you when you order that they’re out of ice. It’s 85° out! When I took a sip, I don’t know what kind of pop it even was, but it wasn’t the Rootbeer that I ordered and it was very flat! A couple days ago I got a drink (again without ice) and it was only 2/3 of the way full. The girl said it’s an automatic machine and she couldn’t get any more to come out since there was no ice. You have to do better than this!

Okay so I wanted the grimace shake and when I got there they said they didn’t have it anymore. Like don’t advertise the grimace shake on the menu screen if you don’t have it. And second of all their smoothie machine is always not working. The fries are pretty fire tho.

The restaurant is horrible. The food was disgusting… The fries were only about half cooked… Ordered cookies and there were things flying around in the case where the cookies are kept and the employee at the front register threw a fit when I stated I did not want those cookies because there were things flying in there and that I wanted them made fresh.

Door handles are filthy. Windows are filthy. Floors are filthy. Bathroom has 2 stalls and only one is working for the last several weeks. The working stall has over flowing trash and hair and dirt on the toilet. There are 2 sinks that only have 1 working faucet on the sink that is clogged and completely full of dirty water. How are the workers able to wash their hands?

Showed up at 11:45. They said they were closed but took the order the order of the customer directly in front of me. Every time I come to this McDonald’s I have a problem. I’m just not going to be eating at McDonald’s any more. I end up driving up the road and getting rallys or Arby’s instead 75% of the time because this McDonald’s never has what I want to order.

Recently noticing improvements on the quality of food and ownership starting to put some money back in the store. Not sure if that’s a result of Corp McD’s tired of getting complaints or store was actually way worse than it appeared. Either way it’s a small step in the right direction
