Let me start off by saying, please do not advertise for products that you can not make nor sell. Second of all, nobody was smiling, and their lack of customer service was not pleasant. Thirdly, their floor was nasty! My husband ordered chicken nuggets and an ice coffee. The nuggets were handed to him we waited another 10 minutes before he received his oce coffee. No receipt was given. Otherwise, we would have filled out the survey. Also, the poor people waiting after us are probably still waiting to place an order as I type this out.

Food was over cooked. Dinning room was filthy. Service was very slow and unfriendly. Dessert display was covered with dirt. Dirty Mop was sitting in front of the ordering counter. Bathrooms needed refilled and cleaned. Trash was overflowing. Inside Dinning should be closed if not properly serviced or staffed.

How hard is it to give me a soft drink with my combo. Went thru drive thru , waited 10 mins inside and stood at the counter for 5 mins while nobody helped. Manager was rude saying help the dude with his arms crossed and I was just standing there waiting. I wouldn’t have left a review if that cu nt wasn’t disrespectful but here I am. Manager needs fired or pay decrease, she spent the whole time yelling at coworkers instead of helping customers.

My standards for fast food is not very high, that being said, I was very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. Coffee was barely warm. Fries tasted weird, cheeseburger overcooked yet cold and buns looked smooshed (sorry for technical terminology). Only good thing was the service at the registers seemed good.

Food was good. Service wasn’t the greatest I was there in the afternoon. There was nobody in the store and nobody in the drive-thru and I ordered two sandwiches and a fry and a drink and they made me pull out in one of the waiting spots and I probably waited for 15 minutes for my food which I shouldn’t have had to pull up her weight at all

customer service is severely lacking. there is one kid who works there with glasses and shorter, redish hair, and he is the only one with decent, professional service. if you can hear your coworker taking orders and clearly having a bad day/poor customer service, switch their position! no one wants to eat their food after hearing someone with an attitude. makes you leery of the quality.

This place is very dirty! The women’s bathroom had a trash can knocked over and the toilets was so dirty. My husband said the men’s bathroom was filthy.The urinal in the bathroom was filthy and had toilet paper in it. The toilets was filthy. All the tables and seats was dirty.
