the workers here are delightful. the best was this great lady who was literally deranged. needed euthanised for real. captain psycho kept coming back in. about 4 or 5 times i lost count, she took her food to-go outside. I saw her on initial attempted departure outside when I was going in. she went on center car for like 20 mins. and she came back in and told him the burgers were cold. and she was demanding to speak to a manager cuz they’re cold and they didn’t have enough onions and she has for extra onions. so they just fix their order and sent her on her way back in about 5 more times and kept saying the same thing. she said are you must be kidding me you didn’t put enough onions on here. psycho. absolute unit

The dayshift is OK however this Night Shift keeps getting worse and worse! Myself along with everyone else and that drive-through was waiting more than 5 mins for food, and at that by time we get our food it’s hard as a rock. We took it back and It was worse than before. The attitudes they give make it kind of intimidating to even eat it after taking it back. So despite the 20 mins total in eating I don’t understand why this McDonald’s hasn’t looked into wasted products and drive thru times or even fixed night management. I hate this McDonald’s! Gotta do better Mickey ds

The staff were exceptionally nice. Maybe too much so because they got distracted easily. The cashier was being extra friendly and when I went to pay for my sweet tea she told me it was $1. So I put my change back in my pocket and just gave her paper bills.

UPDATE: Service just gets worse the more I go. Lady taking the order almost messed up my order had to correct her twice. The lady who was at the second window has an attitude and doesn’t even look at you. And the only thing she says is here ya go.
