Get your gas, some McDonald’s and hit the connected convenience store if you need extras. Suppose it’s a great place for a quick stop. Clean location and quality food, but the service was lacking. Nobody wants to be up front, especially the young blond. She would put drinks up for orders and quickly go back to the back. I just asked for 2 waters so I could sit, place my order, and wait for my food. I heard her say in the back that I yelled at her for water. I asked quickly because she was in such a hurry to avoid the front. There’s no drink station at this location, so you have to wait for the poor service to get your drink. I watched her mess up another guy’s tea and he had to wait even longer for her to correct it. At least the manager guy with glasses brought our order tableside and advised the fries were hot out of the fryer. No ketchup though, had to go up and ask for that too. Focus on the customer service and this would be an easy 5-star.

I was in the dine-in. I don’t go to McDonald’s often enough to be familiar with the kiosks. When asked if I ordered off the kiosk by a grey haired woman I said I am paying in cash and she just walked away. The tall blonde woman with the headset just walked away when I said I’m paying with cash can I still use the kiosk? After she walked away I just walked out. Guess you are not supposed to pay with cash I guess. Also I have anxiety and this just brought on a attack on my way to work and cried. Great job hope no one EVER visit here especially if you pay in cash or have anxiety.

This McDonald’s is just garbage. No attention to detail on their orders. I ordered Dbl Qtr pounder with bacon on it and no pickles/onions. Well it seems that they just scraped the onions off and left them in the box with my burger and they only put a couple broken pieces of bacon on it . Also on my order, a large FF…it wasn’t even full…maybe a medium fry in a large container. Also ordered 20pc nugget with 2 buffalo sauces and a hot mustard. They gave me honey mustard. It’s not a slip up bad enough that I won’t eat it, but come, pay these prices now, I’d like to get my food the way I ordered. Lesson learned, I won’t be going back there.

I must admit, this is the very first McDonald’s I’ve been to that I can actually say, “Wow! Behind the counter… CLEAN! The staff… GREAT! My “To Go” meal… HOT, FRESH, GOOD! Staff seem to work well as a string team, communicating together to make customers happy. A happy group of employees. I was impressed with the service, conduct and niceness. I know it seems out of place doing a five-star review for a fast food chain that’s everywhere but I’m giving it mostly on the basis of service at this particular store. They were extremely friendly, polite, and fast when I stopped yesterday. I actually stop here probably every couple of weeks to grab a breakfast and they are always very kind and I’ve never had a mistake on an order. Thank you for doing a good job and treating your customers as they should be treated.
