The food was served hot and delicious. But the tables, floors and trays were dirty. Also, the bathroom was dirty and no towels to dry your hands. Maybe I should not say this, but one of the employees had 3 children in there with her husband, and one of the children was running around all over the place and noisy.

We should have turned around when we first entered. The woman at the front counter (I assume the manager since her shirt was different than everyone else – bright blue) halfway turned around and waited for us to approach the counter. The kiosk was down so we had to order at the counter. She approached my husband and immediately seemed annoyed that she had to take our order. He said she wasn’t pleasant to speak to during any of the encounter. She wouldn’t accept our code for the rewards and she also didn’t give him a total before telling him he needed to insert his card. Every table that wasn’t occupied was sticky or dirty so we picked the one we could wipe off the easiest. The women’s restroom smelled and looked absolutely terrible. Sticky floors throughout, soap and water everywhere. Both toilets seem like they haven’t been clean in a while. I ended up deciding to not use the restroom myself and to change our son somewhere else. I know it’s a fast food place, I’m not expecting a fine dining experience. But I would like it to look like it’s been cleaned somewhere once in the past month. She also crumpled up our receipt without asking if we wanted it so this was the only way I could say anything about it.

Worst Mcdonald’s around every time we go there it’s terrible. food is old staff is nasty and don’t care. Don’t even bother to ask to customize your sandwich in any way because even extra pickles is a little too difficult for this store. It’s obvious managers don’t care either because nothing changes. Don’t waste your money here. Ordered 840 pm on a Tuesday.

This place is filthy. We notified the staff of the mess in front of the drink dispenser, and the bathroom, they nodded and didn’t move. There was a dead bug, drowned in old sticky soda, next to the napkins and drinks. Yuck.
