Wow. The staff was on their phones and not taking orders or doing much of anything. There is a line around the building at drive through and I’m the only inside customer. The staff is not trying to hustle to get things done or pick up the pace. Alot of laughing and talking on the phone. They did seem nice when I ordered but doesn’t make up for the complete lack of effort.

Food fine because it’s standard McDonald’s food. But this place is a joke. So inconsistent had a good crew at one point but now you sit at order spot nobody takes your order. You get to window as only car they make you pull up assume to make times not look bad. I have told myself never to go to this location again. Then I think I’ll give it a try again. Last 2 times I haven’t been able to get food. Once with 5 cars in line it was gonna make me late for work after I sat there for 15 min so I had to pull out of line next time I pull up to order spot and nothing for 3 min so I took off. I honestly don’t know how this location stays open. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to on a consistent basis. I swore I would never go back after a couple months ago when the guy working the drive-through leaned out the window and told me to go F myself and called me the “C” word-all because I ask him why the shake machine is down every single day……valid question! Today I stopped there only because the drink I had in the car was warm, and I asked for a large sweet tea, drove around and paid for it, heard the guy tell the car behind me that the shake machine was down….. and at the next window, the guy handed me my tea that had zero ice in it and then proceeded to get irritated with me for even asking where the ice was …and told me they didn’t have any ice at that location today!!! Are you freaking kidding me??????? Who do y’all turn away for employees???

Absolutely the worst experience ever. First I pulled up to be handed a half filled root beer when I asked them to fill it they had an attitude. Then asked if BBQ sauce was in bag and slammed window then came back with one for a ten piece nugget. Got home and opened my sandwich to this burnt hard fish that has a piece of cheese that looks like it is so old it is wrinkled up and slipped on tarter sauce ended up throwing the whole thing away. The nuggets were so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat them and the fries were old looked like they had been laying in fry bin for hours. Oh and the half filled root beer ended up being a cherry coke even though I asked for a root beer. I called to ask for owners number and the manager said he didn’t know it I said go look on drive thru window that is where it is he put me on hold and never came back- Do better this has nothing to do with short staffing it has to do with workers who do not care or owner.

It took 3 try’s to get the order of McGriddle and McMuffin with strawberry banana smoothies. Pull up to window no strawberry banana smoothies so I get a different one. Upon arriving home to my surprise the McMuffin wrapped in McMuffin paper was a chicken sandwich. I call to complain as this location is 15 mins away. My voice was raised. The employee who took the call started talking over me and then hung up on me. Shame on you McDonald’s for not training employees on how to de-escalate frustrating situations as well as allowing them refusal to speak with management. Corporate needs to shut this franchise down!!!

I was in the drive thru and decided to try the lobby since there is now a sign that says lobby open. Lobby not open and now 4 more cars behind. Once again another brilliant move on the part of the worst McDonald’s ever. If the owners decide to read this im sure they will blame Covid/manpower. Just shut this location down please.

Possibly the worst restaurant in Cincinnati.. ordered a single plan for my dog. This is what was in the bag a couple of pickles,mustard, ketchup and some onions. everything that I didn’t want. So they kept my hamburger and the bun. French fries were not cooked. Chicken nuggets raw to the point where unedible. What a pitiful store
