Employee in the drive thru was absolutely rude. I asked for the manager and he thought it was funny. When I was talking with the manager, he kept having to put his two cents in and laughing. The manager seemed like he didn’t care either. We will never eat at this location again, and I will spread the word around our community that this business doesn’t care about their customers. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

I’m a longtime customer but will never go to this location again. Food took 20 minutes and I only ordered 4 items. Then they got it wrong….in the car too late to get it fixed. Most McDonald’s have same issues. I don’t know why they put double drive thru lanes in they can’t handle one. You have a long way to go to provide service that is acceptable

Went through the drive-through 10 minutes ago. Took 20 minutes to get through drive through, they forgot my 2 additional xl fries, no fries in the kids meal and the guy at the the window literally never says a word. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order and this location is trash. I hope to see it bulldozed the next time I drive by.

This has become one of the worst McDonald’s to receive service from. They are always massively under staffed. Orders take more than 20+ minutes to prepare, they are never accurate when received, staff never greets guests when you order from within the establishment nor do they even acknowledge their presence. This McDonald’s use to be one of the better one’s to visit. It’s ashame how far the quality of service has dropped.

This place always has a staffing problem. For a while they were closing at 8pm – unheard of- until they got a few more employees. Going through the drive thru is dicy. They give wrong orders or don’t put the whole order out. Not recommended at all. 1 time I ordered a fish sandwich and they didn’t even put the fallet on it. Buyer beware.
