For two days the staff said they didn’t have frappe’s or ice cream. Against my better judgement I proceeded to order a cheeseburger , no pickle , extra onion and ketchup…..they put the modifications in and was on my receipt but my burger had pickle and no onion!!!! Come on now!!! They weren’t even busy!

Went to this location today. At the first window I gave my card he asked my zip code I then witnessed him take a picture with his cell phone of my card. Went to second window asked if it is normal to ask for zip code they said no. I advised what I just seen and the manager said she was going to watch the camera and asked that I come inside. I went inside to find that yes it is on video he took a picture of my card as well as others in the drive thru today. Heads up if you went to this location today and had the same happen to you. We contacted the police who made a report and now have to cancel my card with the bank.

McDonalds would do well to invest in better customer service training and follow through with their employees. If in spending my money at your restaurant they least your people can do is be friendly…service with a smile?? (Take notes from Chick-fil-A).
