It was a great experience! My kids and I and there friends love to eat at the light up table. At the west union location. I feel every McDonald’s should have these neat and entertaining tables. It’s so fun for not only kids but for the parents too. And we can all play together as a family.

My boyfriend ordered a 40 piece nugget and a large fry and (Secret menu item) triple cheeseburger and he was beyond satisfied with his food. Everything was so fresh and so tasty. Loves the triple cheeseburger so much more than the double. Definitely will fill you up. Has quite a bit to eat for later. Very satisfied with this visit.

All McDonald’s are fast service. And this was no exception. We ordered coffee and it tasted good. And they added sweetener and creams as we requested. Drive thru customer service is always friendly here. We came through a few nights ago around 9pm and it was closed due to staff shortage. Hopefully things will improve for this facility. We visit this establishment daily, and appreciate their hard work.

Food quality is often hit or miss depending which employees are working. Overall, most are friendly. Seems to have been an improvement. I enjoy using the app to order and pay ahead. I personally do not care for the last remodel. Building seems dark and depressing.

Today on 8/23/2022 I visited this McDonald, i gave a one star today not because of the service but cause of a person, a person that seem to be another customer And oh yes she was a Customer alright, she bothered an army man first before strolling over and sitting down at the table with me and my mother, started talking and then started asking for our food, first a bun then the fries, and then she even started eating what was left of our sandwiches after that she took our cups that had water in them as our drinks and drink them. What is even worst is asking me if i had a girlfriend,why would i want someone like that? and im sure any man wouldn’t want this thing, yes a thing! Here is her name and account to watch out for.
