Ordered two milkshakes online 10 minutes prior to going inside. Got inside and they were standing around the kitchen talking about how much they hated working there. While there was a line almost out the door of people waiting on their food. Another 10 minutes go by and everyone in the kitchen is still talking and drinking milkshakes of their own but can’t help the customers who paid for them? Then a lady came up to us saying that our order wasn’t on her screen when it was on the screen up front… very unprofessional and sounds like McDonald’s needs to employ people who actually like working there. (Also couldn’t take the time to mix the milkshake. )

I have came in here several times at 5:30. When the lobby is supposed to be open. And the doors are locked. I usually have to wait till about 615. Just the other day I went through the drive-through, im a semi cause lobby was closed still, and they said all they can serve was pop and coffes at 6:30 am because nobody has come I yet to open them. Which I’m sssumijg means. Management is there yet hour after they open. Bathroom is nice tho

Was asked to do an order on the kiosk. Not a problem was dining in. Had to wait 5 minutes to get drink cups because of line ordering food. Servers didn’t bring food to the table with the number. Just left it on the counter. No recipt printed from kiosk, so I didn’t know it was our food. So left waiting as food got cold. Finally, ask at the counter, and they said the food sitting there was mine. The lable said McChicken with cheese added. Not what I ordered, but my food was in it, so that was a plus.

We ordered a large fry and it was barley filled, equal the size of a small in a large box. Took it back to the counter and asked to have more fries filled in it which they did and then they weighed it on a scale. What the Hecks going on over here McDonald’s cost more money and give him less food. It’s a joke. This location used to be really good but it’s not been here lately. Somethings changed over here?

If you ask for sauce at the microphone once you get to the window its never in the bag so you have to ask at the window regardless and this is every McDonald’s and the guy at the window told me he could not give me sauce unless I ordered it in the line and refused to give me sauce when they don’t even put it in the bag to begin with
