I brought my toddler here after his first dentist appointment as a little treat for both of us. There was a gentleman sweeping around the play area and I noticed a small puddle on the steps leading up to the area. I asked if he had any cleaner and could get that spot before we played in it (not knowing what it was). He said “I’ll do you one better” and cleaned the whole area including all the touch points with spray all the while carrying on a “conversation” with my 18 month old. Very impressed!

DO NOT DO DELIVERY FROMS THIS MCDS! They always screw up my orders and get missing meals. The employees just throw your food in the bag. This used to be a nice mcds but it gone downhill now. The employees are rude and have nasty attitudes. Should’ve known better not to get mcds from this location but it’s the only one close to my home.

Drive thru server was nice enough but as usual they forgot 1/3rd of my food. Their number rings to a fax so you can never get ahold of them. Absolutely a joke and this particular location is called out on nextdoor for the constant wrong orders.

I came to this location at 9:45 on a Monday night. I drove to multiple fast food chains and most were closed. Not a single car was there besides me. I order my food, and get to the window, and I pay Cash. $40. I had $18 in change from my meal, and I said “here man, take this as a tip. I appreciate you for being open late” I then waited 10 minutes for my food, just to not get 2 orders of fries:/

Today 4/28/2023 at 6:25pm I visited McDonald’s on 82nd and Fall Creek. This place is the WORST and I will NEVER return. I ordered my food and had 2 special order Quarter Pounder value meals. I should have known because the cashier who took my money was rude over the intercom. Then I was asked to pull in spot number 1 and told someone would bring my food right out. After waiting over 15 minutes my food was brought out. Normally they fold the bag but the kid who brought the food out had the bag wide open and was carrying multiple order to cars. Then I drove home and had the shock of my life. Someone had taken 2 bites out of one of my sandwich’s which was truly sad. I’m sure this was done because they didn’t want to make my special order Quarter Pounders with no mustard. Not a big task to cook the order but some people should not be working in the restaurant business. Also when I took the food back the Manager was rude and never apologized for my inconvenience. I plan to contact their Corporate Office and Franchise Owner because changes need to be made with staffing and Management. In reading all the reviews this location has had many problems and as I told the Manager I will NEVER return.

Ordered a quarter pounder and a big mac… told us to pull up to a spot while they got our order ready. 10 minutes later (and SEVERAL cars that were behind us) My husband had to go in just to find out that they hadn’t even started our order yet. Wish I could say this was my first bad experience with this location.
