Abyssmal. Stood inside for 10 minutes, seen by 5 people, flat out ignored, I called out still nothing. Lock your doors if you aren’t taking orders, tgat’s fine, but for 5 people to make eye contact and not even come ask me to wait is unacceptable.

I would have loved to write a better review but unfortunately cannot. I ordered a Daily double no onions and use the app code to get a Free Friday Medium Fry. I pulled up to the window to get my food, the young lady handed me this small bag with just the burger in it. The young lady had this weird look on her face, and she basically stared at me. I explained to this young lady that I ordered fries and the other older lady jumped in and said I would have to pull around and reorder. I explained to them that I ordered the fries and also gave my code from the app. The creepy younger lady staring still like she is trying to read between my skin without saying anything. Weird and gave me chills. Then the older lady told me to pull up the the second window. She brought the fries to the second window and didn’t even say “Sorry about that mistake” or “Have a good day”. Now lets get to the burger, SALTY. Wow I need to drink a whole glass of water to dilute all that salt. Please McDonald’s quit adding the extra seasoning salt to burgers unless the customer specify too. Way too much salt. You eat that salty burger everyday you are going to have high blood pressure and need open heart surgery later on in life. I wish this experience could have been better because I was hungry. Again lay low on the salt and smile sometimes, quit staring at people and apologize if a mistake was made.

This is one of the rudest McDonald’s in the city. I was here earlier today and tried to redeem points from my app. Some how my points were deducted but the machine said the code was invalid. I showed the manager my code and he basically said, “tough shizz! Call customer service!” I wish I’d gotten his name but it doesn’t matter. I won’t ever go back to this location. It’s not the first time I’ve ran into rude employees. I’m not insane, so I won’t keep making the same mistakes by frequenting this location.

I hate onions. All I want is a plain cheeseburger with no onions on it. But with the new “fancy” burgers, every effing burger has onions cooked into them. Literally every burger. Guess I can never eat here again. Very few stores care enough when they see “plain” to actually ensure they don’t get onions on the burgers. I’ve asked for remakes and have the same issues. I give up

Purposely mess up your food bc they can’t figure out how to apply a coupon from the app. Both managers refused to do anything about it, dared me to call corporate, and said if I wanted a replacement to come back to the store and see how that went for me. This is by far THE worst store I’ve ever been to. The employees barely speak, read and comprehend English, they will mess up your order and try not to replace it. They barely come to check on the front counter. Just horrible. Upper management definitely need to come in and intervene.

Beware, if you go here after breakfast they like to take down your credit card number and use it for their own purchases. Just woke up to an attempted $300 charge with a card I only used at this location yesterday. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Absolute worst food and customer service. I have gotten food here several times and it is consistently bad. Cold and stale. I got an apple pie today that was an hour past its “serve by” date. It was dry and burned. I called the manager, and Veronica was very indifferent.

we were given the wrong order BUT it was insanely busy (i work in food service and will always understand simple mess ups like this one, it happens all the time and it’s 9 times out of 10 fixable) and when we went back they gave us our order, 2 extra apple pies and extra french fries. the man who helped us was so kind! everyone who works there has always been so kind. smooches for the staff
