Got home to find out that they put the condiment on my burger that I requested not be on the burger. Tried to call twice and they would answer then hang up. So I went back to the restaurant told them about it. Was asked if I wanted it remade. Of course I did or I wouldn’t have driven all the back and they must have messed it up again before the lady at the window asked where it was. And she told them the correct order. Got the burger, checked it. They must have just threw it back on the grill to melt off the mess up, burger was burnt on the bottom, and I guess they tried to hide it with tons of lettuce, double to tomatoes, and topped it off with over loading the burger with mustard. Couldn’t even enjoy it at this point. If I could give the cooks alone a no star I would. It would be a different story had I been allergic to something requested not be on the burger.

At 7:00am I went thru the drive thru to order and an older lady working there Saturday morning was very rude. I didn’t even want to order anymore cause of how frustrating she was. When I was ordering I told her the screen was not popping up to read the breakfast menu. And she was getting frustrated with me cause she was like do you know what you want and I told her I would like to see the menu screen so I can see what there is. She kept arguing with me and saying just tell me what you want and I told her I don’t know what your breakfast choices are, I don’t go to McDonald’s all the time. Then when I got to the window she had my order wrong and I tried to tell her that before I was gonna pay. And she argued with me about my order, instead of making it right and rolling her eyes. I’m sorry I have to make this review but I don’t believe any fast service restaurants should have employees who are so disrespectful. I don’t care if you may not care about your job but being kind is not that hard. I hope a manager reads this, this is not how customers should ever be treated and leave without a meal cause the employee is being very rude and disrespectful to a customer who’s just explaining you got my order wrong.

Place is a joke, went through drive thru to get a deluxe double~ no pickles no mustard. Gave me a normal double with only ketchup and onion. Went in to get it amended and they put enough mayo and lettuce on it for 2 sandwiches and added pickles. Everytime I’ve gone they have either messed up something in my order or forgotten something else. Place is a mess.

The food was bad the Quarter Pounder didn’t have the correct burger on it. The Big Mac just tasted bad and was dry. The fries had no taste. This seems to be a trend at all of the McDonald’s,I haven’t had a good meal there in quite awhile, some of the other places may be slow or more expensive food but it tastes better.
