Today was very busy day for them- short staffed and their system was down at some point that some orders got missed. Cook Tyler was willing to refund but if customer is here waiting for 44 min then they need food not their money after wasting time. Manager was good and helpful and worked professionally and calmly

This location has done nothing but go downhill over the last year or so. They will only work 2 orders at a time for the drive through, if they take them at all. There have been times I’ve waited for 20-30 minutes with no orders being taken only to drive away and see a cluster of employees standing by the drink machine, no one at the pay window. It’s disappointing that the one good staff member that could be relied on is no longer there. But I couldn’t blame him. He was constantly putting out fires in any area at this location and always apologizing for everyone else just not doing their jobs. It’s definitely a shame… Would be a great place for a fast food restaurant, if only they knew how to run it. As far as the food quality, it’s McDonald’s so I never expect much, but more often than not it’s warm at best. The fries are never hot or fresh, but again… I’ve come to expect that anymore. With the prices going up and the service being non-existent, it is no longer worth it for me to stop at this location. I will drive farther from home to one of the other competent locations

Never go to this location. Waited for curbside over 40m for a single filet o fish sandwich. I finally went inside to be told they are out of them. I went here several months ago. Same thing. When I reported this location to corporate. I received an email from a Gmail address from the franchise. Didn’t waste time replying since what franchise company sends business email from a Gmail account. Workers inside were nice but clearly overworked. This location is a pathetic excuse for a McDonald’s.

Waited in the drive through line for about 20 minutes before church to get my food I paid for prior on the app. I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for church. I lost $5. I could understand if it was first thing in the morning and they were still groggy etc. This was at 9:30am. Needs new management, especially in an expanding area like this.

Ordered 60.00 worth of food.. hand me two bag packed full.. asked for another bag and got told I was rude… fries were all cold… had to honk my horn to get the lady to open the window… tried to hand her back the cold fries and bag ripped open and fell all over my floor board… she went and got manager who apologized and said he will get me all new fries… had to pull forward.. waited another 10 min on fries… so now all my other food is cold to o ly het more cold fries… absolutely done here!!

I was in drive through for 15 minutes. I was the one up on the speaker, no service. I went inside people or the workers blew me off. There was a lady standing in line for 20 minutes inside. She was the only customer no one asked her if she needed anything. The McDonald’s on Lima road in Fort. Wayne Indiana is the worst McDonald’s. This happens every day. I never bought Anything because nobody waited on me.

I always order through the mobile app. Every single time my order is incorrect. Ordered the Grimace meal just to be told they didn’t have milkshakes, lost my money. Ordered pies multiple times to be told every single time they don’t have any, lose money every time. Today I was missing two drinks and my pies but they made it seem like it was my fault they didn’t have pies. Literally the worst McDonald’s in Fort Wayne. Will drive further down DuPont to make sure I get what I pay for

I implore you to not only read the recent reviews of this store but just drive by this location. Not only are they wrapped but they are NOT serving customers. Remember when fast food meant getting served within 5 minutes? Management clearly does not care as this has been going on for months according to reviews.
