7/16: Why is it so hard to get the order right? Double hamburger means NO CHEESE! I’ve added another picture. Pay attention!! 3/25: Swung by to get three double hamburgers with ketchup and onion only like I did in December. Unfortunately they fell short. They tagged them correctly but thats it. They added their disgusting cheese. See picture. Was there on 12/6. That was THE best double hamburger I have ever received at any McDonald’s. Fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly! Wish I had ordered 5 of them. Very friendly staff.

I generally don’t have good service from McDonald’s BUT this morning at the drive thru, there was an upbeat smiling lady happy to take our order and asked us what we were doing today (Sunday). Her smile was contagious and we left feeling great. She clearly enjoys people and her job. I wish I saw her name tag. This is the McDonald’s I will choose and I sure hope they appreciate her. The McDonald’s I’m talking about is by Leo Crossing NOT Pine Valley…they are very different.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Which sucks because I enjoyed going to this establishment. But they have now lost a customer. Don’t order mobile pay as you never know when they will be open or closed to accept it. They will accept your money regardless if they are closed and then give you the run around to get your money back. They will watch you sit in the mobile pay spot and wait for food that they know dang well is not going to be brought out. Don’t bother calling they will not help and be rude as hell.

Mobile order for drive thru.. it was like 5 in the morning and it he workers were very friendly! Food was good and the food was even stacked nicely in the bag!! Which is something I never really get, which it’s not a huge deal but it’s probably the nicest I’ve ever seen them package food lol. I think I’ve been to this McDonald’s 1 other time I’m not sure, or this was my first time, but probably the best service I’ve had from McDonald’s!

Big Mac didn’t come with meat. Of course we didn’t know until we were 20 minutes away. So we called. They said to bring in the sandwich and the receipt and they will replace it. Seriously? You want me to save the sandwich until next time I come there?? Idiots.

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder through the app. It didn’t have any bacon on it and it was super greasy. Then I noticed when I got half way through it, it was still pink on the inside. I was already back at work so I just pitched it.

This particular location was awful!!! Waited over 20 minutes on my food and I was the only one in the lobby. Then had to wait another couple minutes for my dr pepper after waiting on my food. All I ordered was 2 hamburgers and a large fry. Employees were just hanging out in the back with no one in the front so I ordered on the kiosk… which is fine. But I didn’t have an employee acknowledge me once until they called my number. I said I had a drink to and they just said okay. No apology, no nothing. Food was comparable to most locations but service was garbage. Never going back.
