I really tried with this location. No sweet tea? Big Mac dry and nasty, went in the garbage. I thought the young man was handing me garbage as the bag was completely crumbled up and french fries went in upside down. I thanked the young man twice and still not a word out of his mouth. Never again, done with this one. This franchise needs to be terminated. What an embarrassment to McDonalds.

I was at this McDonald’s and the Customer service was horrible! They did not greet me like they usually do. They’re large fries did not feel like a large. Plus they were cold. Big Mac was plain, dry, and the bun was stale. Drive thru was slow.

This McDonald’s is always having problems with something. Card reader down, out of food, and out of drinks. Every other week something is wrong and it will stay wrong for the whole week. We need a more dependable food chain in Bright.

Ordered spicy chicken Sandwich…. half the chicken was missing, ordered a double cheese burger and it was plain. I understand mistakes, however when I called to possibly get a different Sandwich the teen who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. Highly don’t recommend this place.

Completely depends on when you go to this location. I’ve found the if I ever go after work, it’s great and the staff is friendly. If you go in the morning, you’re going to get what you get and better not throw a fit. I finally called after at least two other times being awful, and they were very rude. I spent $20 on breakfast for coworkers and half of it tastes awful.

Number 1 extra cheese. Got home, it was burnt and missing ham. Went back and was ignored by the older lady at the register. When I was finally able to get her attention after the second hello, she didnt even acknowledge me as she saw I had a problem. She simply told the guy next to her who said “I have headset on” other lady comes out from behind the wall and I ask for a refund for the sandwich as I ate the hashbrown and was keeping the soda. She processed the refund for 3.41. I asked about the $1 for the extra cheese. She apologized and started to process that and said “actually it’s 95 cents.” Decided that wasn’t worth the argument that I could go home and have with my 15 year old. 0 stars should really be an option for this location as things are actually correct 2 out 10 times. First review I’ve ever written but I’m still mad and this was an hour ago.
