The McDouble (burger) I had was clearly made LONG before I ordered it. It was dry, HARD and tasted like it was made of grease!!! I couldn’t even eat it! I visited around 12:15 and thought everything would be fresh.

I ordered a cheese burger and large sweet tea. I got a burger with a dry bun instead of a cheeseburger not ketchup and extra onion. I barely go to this location and this is why. Not the first time had issues with my order. Rochester location much better

I went to the drive through to order the fillet o fish meal fresh and when I got my order my fish was hard and burnt and my buns was hard. The fries was warm and the only thing that was cool was the drink. Don’t spend your money here until McDonald’s gets it together and produce good fresh food for the customers that spend their hard earned money there.

Made smoothies without yogurt… and served them.. said take it off my bill… (who wants smoothies without sometype of protein…)and fries cold and didn’t give us the chicken nuggets in the happy meal… like they must have a worker who is high all the time and doesn’t give a darn.. will never be back to that location

This location has a quality that I haven’t experienced at a McDonald’s in a long time. However today my visit wasn’t pleasant. I didn’t realize my lid wasn’t securely placed on my very hot caramel latte which was delicious but spilled down my chest and burned me as I went in for a sip as pulling off from the drive thru where the employee was genuinely kind but clearly rushed as it was lunch time about 12:30.

This place is incapable. It has been nothing but issues ever since opening. How do you only put 3 nuggets in a 4 pc? It is abysmal on all levels and I’ll never be back. Not that it rly matters being McDonald’s and all. But they are completely incapable in this location. My continued worst experience here measures up to no other fast food restaurant in my life. Never again. There’s so many other McDonald’s near by. Let this franchise suffer.

7/15/23 i took my son to grab a happy meal. The line was wrapped around the building but my son really wanted them nuggets. We waited for 30+ minutes in line here and finally make it to the speaker to order and were told they are only taking doordash orders due to being short staffed. I asked if she could just get a nugget happy meal for my kid who was now crying and she said “NOPE”. This place is a mess!! Only one lane is ever open, food is wrong half the time and now add in horrible customer service with no respect for peoples time and a staffing problem. I’ll drive to another McDonald’s from now on.

I went inside to place my order, everything was clean and the team were working together as one. I have never used the kiosk before so I decide to give it a try. My receipt didnt print out so I inquired and place another order. Unfortunately, two orders was placed. The team member did a discovery and refund my money quickly without a hiccup. As I went to the pick up counter, I left my iphone. When I got home I realized I had left my phone. I call the store was told they had it and when I went in the manager instantly told the team member, “she’s here to get the phone”, she had recognized my face. This made my day. I always had wonderful experiences at this location and travel a few miles extra because of the service. Thank you for excellent customer service.

By far the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. I go before work and it’s a terrible way to start my day. If the dining room is even open, which today on a Saturday was not, they don’t speak to you, it takes ten minutes at least just to pay cash. They HATE when you have to pay cash and are rude about it. You HAVE to use those terrible machines to place your order. It takes SO LONG to get any order, even if it’s just a drink. The women in the back have very long hair and don’t put it up at all which is extremely gross. There’s never a clean table in the place at all. All around just a terrible experience EVERY TIME.
