I honestly got better service out in Detroit the food there was fresh fast and surprisingly delicious, reminded me of the days when McDonald’s took pride in what they made. When I am at the location near me, I sadly can’t say the same thing it just seems as if they don’t care about what they’re making they don’t care about serving their customers and giving them a high-quality experience. Now I go back there every few months to see if it’s changed and it hasn’t unfortunately.

I mean, it’s a fast food joint. The food is subpar, but we love it, right?! My issues with this particular McDonald’s is that every single time we go. Our order is wrong, or our food is made incorrectly. I’m not exaggerating when I say this. 10/10 times in a row that we have visited something is wrong. Now, if you bring it to their attention, they fix it without an issue, great. The fact that it has to be fixed is the problem. I’m not going to stop going bc it’s convenient. But definitely check your order before you leave the window.

My dad and I ordered McDonald’s around 8:40. We had ordered two quarter pounder‘s because it was a 2 for $6 deal. We were watching through the window when one of the workers called her manager over. She then started talking up to him and he made a shocked face and from what I could make out he said just give it to them. We got the food in two bags so that was just one red flag. I open the bag and take out one of the quarter pounders and it’s absolutely drenched in grease. My dad then opens the box and takes a bite and the buns were so soggy he immediately pulled the car over just to throw up. As you can see there are pictures of this. I am extremely disappointed. I will never order from this McDonald’s again. Do better!

Pulled up to the speaker at 9:24. Waited until 9:35. For that entire 11 minutes I sat there is silence. Watched 3 cars pull up and leave. The car just before me had their order taken no problem. I drove slowly past the windows and saw a girl with short black hair hiding behind the machines up front looking out window like a lost puppy.the menus were on, lights on, they don’t close til 10. Very strange activity.

This might be the worst McDonald’s. Waited ten minutes to order. Waited another 10-15 minutes to receive my order in the parking lot. An employee went to 2 other cars before coming to my car and just said “I think this is yours” I asked what it was and he doesn’t even know. He has no order number or anything l. He just looked in the bag. It turns out it’s was my order Finally! We drive away and get to eating when I realized I have no sauce for my burritos! Make sure you check your order!

Haven’t had a problem here, ever.. But today, I ordered a meal with a medium fry, and half of it was gone.. I don’t want a replacement or anything like that..
