Ordered during lunchtime on the mobile app using curbside pick up. The frozen coke machine was in defrost so the person offered me another drink. When I said I just wanted a large coke no ice and attempted to ask about the price difference, she told me “don’t worry about it. It’s fine” and walked away. I don’t think she realized I paid for a special drink which was $2 and was now getting a normal drink for $1 and change. It isn’t a huge amount but assuming was very rude. She then comes out again to try to offer me the drink out of the machine that was now finished defrosting. It was 1/3 ice and the rest liquid. She was surprised when I said no I didn’t want the mostly liquid FROZEN coke I ordered. Finally the third time she brought out the coke with no ice that I asked for. I was on break and honestly very annoyed at this point to go in to ask for fresh fries and my change. I don’t know how you have cold fries during lunch rush. I will not be coming back to this location.

I was asked to pull up and park to wait for my food. I waited for 20 minutes before I decided to go in and see what was going on. All my food was up and sitting there. They forgot about me and now the food was cold so I had to wait for them to remake it as well. So it took me 40 minutes to get 3 simple breakfast meals. Unacceptable even for McDonald’s.

We left when we realized how long it would take at 1:30 pm Sunday. Had to use kiosks to order in the lobby, which take longer. Many customers ahead of us waiting for their food, and even more in the drive thrus. No self serve soda machines in the lobby. Never coming back. On the plus side, if you have young kids, had one of the few remaining indoor playrooms.
