I thought they could at least handle a coffee, given the reviews. I got a decaf coffee with two pumps of the vanilla syrup, cream, and two sweeters. They took nearly ten minutes and didn’t do a damn thing to the coffee. It was already $4 for the drink, the least they could do is make it correctly.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Let’s just say “I’m NOT Loving It”. The cashier at the counter mixed-up my order which resulted in me being charged for three items instead of two. The original total was $14.55. I asked to receive a refund then the worker started to verbally berate me. After a supposed refund of $6.35, which I didn’t receive back onto my debit card. He then proceeded to dismiss my concerns. Once I received my food, I received the original breakfast sandwich I ordered but also another one from the order he originally mixed-up. I will NEVER be going back to this location ever again! Detroit beware…stay clear away from here.

Why am I experience in the Chicago airport McDonald’s was excellent, experience is extremely disappointing… Rather than call out the number the staff member called out my item leaving me confused weather it was my order or someone else’s and what I asked to be sure whether it was mine they replied in a way that gave me the sense that I was bothering them.

Ordered eat in. Number called instead of having it on our table. Went to pick up. Missing hash brown for the meal. Guy calling in numbers said I didn’t order meal. Showed him the receipt and was not happy to give the hash browns. Literally dropped the hash browns supposedly in the paper bag but fell on the floor. Blamed me for dropping the hash browns. Told another guy about the hash browns making it my fault. Ended up only giving me one hash brown. (It’s not about the hash brown). Poor customer service. Then when we checked the sandwiches, it was the wrong sandwiches too. Didn’t eat in there. Walked to our gate have it there. It was also the only time my boyfriend agreed to go to McDonald’s. I’m not the kind of person who complains especially with people preparing my food. But I can’t let it go. Sorry.

Read the comments and thought it would be a disastrous visit to this McDonald’s!! But it was not bad at all. Only the kiosk was open for ordering which sucks. But the order was quick and they did not screw it up. So will venture to visit again!!!!!

Honest a lot of people are complaining but this is an airport McDonald’s. This will be double the price and more expensive then a regular McDonald’s. The staff we’re nice we got the premium spicy chicken sandwich and it was a little bit messily made but that wasn’t really an issue. Food tasted like a classic McDonald’s. Fries were nice and warm. Overall a lot of restaurants are way overpriced in the airport so go to McDonald’s for a better pricing.

One of the WORST customer services I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered just 1 caramel iced coffee. I was the first order on the screen. I waited over 8 minutes while I watched my coffee just sit on the table in the back. I simply said ma’am to the lady that was sitting there on her phone doing nothing to politely ask her to hand me my drink. She didn’t seem to hear me so I said it 2 times a little bit louder. She looked up, looked at my order and then put her head back down into her phone. A man then came over and I asked him to hand me my order so I could leave and get out of other customers way he listened to me and then walked way from me. I stood there for another minute or 2 and I asked one more time for the lady to hand me my drink she then called over the cook and said to her “come answer this girls question”. She made the cook stop her job and hand me by drink because she didn’t feel the need to do her job as she is getting paid for it. It’s outrageous. There is no need to be rude to a customer. You applied to this job. If you can’t do the work leave.

After a lengthy plane ride, i order food from the Kiosk, and selected pay at register. I ask an employee standing at register and show him my ticket do just wait here for my order to be paid. He looks at ticket# n says yes. I wait 15 mins as ppl come n go, n I as a different employee same question who tell me my order will not get started until I pay. I had a connecting flight so I didn’t have the time. I ask to speak to a Manger who also didn’t care or even offer to push my order to front of the line due to missing information on employee end. Never again will I try to spend my hard earned money here.

Asked a lady who was setting up what time they open. She said 5:00 am. It’s now 5:30 and they are still closed. Ordered on the app and will now probably have to abandon my order to catch my flight. WORST service. So many other options. Go spend your money elsewhere.

They do not bring the food to your table, they yell your token number loudly and you have to go pick up your food while they mentioned all over the shop that they will bring the food to the table
