I had ordered 2 ten piece meals 2 cheeseburger meals and one 6 piece happy meal and a hamburger happy meal. By the time I had gotten home I didn’t have half of my food. I had drove back and the drive is not a close drive. When I had gotten there I talked to the girl who handed me my food and explained that I didn’t get my ten piece meal one of my cheeseburger meals and the hamburger that was in the happy meal and one of the cheeseburger I had gotten from my other meal had a bug in it. I had also brought the cheeseburger that had the bug in it to prove my point. I had asked for the manager because I don’t think she had understand and when her manager had come up she quote on quote said “ I remember you your back here for more food”. She had handed me a small bag and when I looked at it it only had one cheeseburger in it. I had waited for her to come back so I can tell her I didn’t get my other food. She said “ you’re not getting anymore you didn’t bring the food back so I can only give you what your brought”. When I tried to say something she goes no stop and closed the door on my face. I have never experienced such disrespect in the food industry. I would never in a million years go back to this McDonald’s ever again.

The worst service! Can’t even get a drive through order right and these losers expect to get $15 an hour?? Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through and the guy took my food to the wrong car then said he would be back… never came back. Had to go inside and waited 15 more minutes until I got fed up and walked out without any food. A bunch of brain dead people working here. It’s McDonald’s FFS, not rocket science. This place sucks.

I ordered and drove up to pay. I am not sure that the young man working was even old enough. My order was $6.32 and he said “Your total is six hundred dollars and 32 cents.” I paid him $7.00 in cash and he handed me back my change and didn’t give me my receipt. Instead when it came out, he closed the window and was weirdly grabbing it as it came out and then me crumbled it. Then, when I was handed my food, again by someone that didn’t loon old enough, I was not greeted, I said thank you and they closed the window. The service here is horrible and there are questionable people working here.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! When you walk in, they don’t even greet you and they automatically expect you to use the kiosk. I had to pay cash and stood at the register for over 10 minutes before I finally said, is anyone working the register? The girl came over, took my money and handed me my change. Didn’t say one word to me, then walked away. I said, am I supposed to get my own cup? She yelled back yep! Seriously!!!!!

General manager was rude including shift manager. Didn’t honors deals on the apps. Instead they stated they are not part of McDonald corporation . They are franchises and paid full price on our meals. Why McDonald inviting people on the apps and advertising to come and get the deals since McDonald restaurant not honoring the promotion ?? For future customers don’t bother to come and expect to get a better service in this place. Find other McDonald’s instead here. Very rude service in here!

Horrible customer service the workers behind the counter were swearing and talking about doing drugs go figure. The one guy brought me my order and dropped everything on the ground and said “oh I guess that’s my fault” with an attitude they then took my food to the back to remake it which they did not remake it I was watching from the counter as they took them to the burger assembly line they just threw them on the counter of the food assembly line and then through them back in the bag after like 2 minutes. I will never go back to this McDonald’s this was downright sad a business is operating like this.

Stopped here before son’s baseball game last Monday to get food. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and not placing an order, I left! It took me 10 minutes to get to the order speaker. Before even getting there, some cars had already left the line. When I finally got to the speaker, I waited 5 minutes. No one said anything in that time. After the 5 minutes, I could wait no longer. I, too, left the line. Much to my surprise when I pulled around the building, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CAR IN LINE by the drive thru windows! The line waiting to order was to the driveway!! (I did send an email. Not surprised to have not received a reply.)

Had a very poor experience here today. Manager very rude. Refused to let me order and pay at the counter. I could not get the order screen to take what I wanted and needed help. Will never return here! New manager and more help needed. Went to Wendy’s where workers were wonderful. Poor customer service at this McDonald’s! After waiting 20 min. I walked out.

EVERYTIME I have visited this McDonald’s it’s a long line, wait for over 20 min for food, then have to return because order is wrong, cold, or just not fresh. They have had to remake my order more times than I can count and I’m just going to stop going to this location. This is a very nice area and it’s right down the street from our home so I thought this McDonalds would be nice as well. It never looks clean inside either so I question whether they are practicing good food handling hygiene and cleanliness. I feel bad for the young lady that manages it as she seems to always be by herself trying to run everything with barely any qualified staff. If you think this review is an exaggeration, go visit that location and provide an updated review. I challenge anyone to do so! Maybe the attention will encourage the owners of this franchise to change the way they do business at this location!
