They served my mom w a health condition a raw quarter pounder. See how pink that is. Also it’s like no one wants to actually do any work they want you to put all the information into the kiosk yourself when I ask for them to take our orders over the counter because I had cash for once it was like I was asking for the directions to head for Mars. Then, they talked about us in Espanol which I don’t know a lot of but I know enough to know it wasn’t exactly nice. Anyway, main issue, they charge a lot of money for an uncooked hamburger and my mother is too afraid to go up and tell them this because they were rude from the get-go. Idk who owns this franchise location however we were just there because we were really hungry and we had to head up north somewhere for the afternoon and I was driving and it just wasn’t a good experience overall? But anyways I work for government and this is not really how you should do business and it’s a liability if you keep serving raw hamburgers to people someone’s going to get very sick and you’re going to get a visit from the health inspector and or OSHA or one of the higher agency divisions.

I got to the drive-thru @ 6:30 there are 3 cars in line including myself it is now 6:45. I was asked what I would like which was 3 things. The person taking my order said sir hold on.. So I had to repeat my order again and she was definitely being rude to me. So for 4 cars it took a total 20 minutes the lady working back cash was terrible. Now I understand this job is difficult I worked at McDonald’s for many years it was my first job and I have been angry and frustrated but being treated that way and now I’m late for work over a frappe and 2 burritos. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s and I will be calling corporate I have never been treated that bad at any McDonald’s ever!

Horrible service!! Waited 10 minutes in drive thru & the fries were cold. We blew the horn & waited but the cashier ignored us. The shift manager came with an attitude & snatched the fries then told us to pull up. We waited for 5 minutes & ended up driving off. We paid with a credit card so we called the credit card to dispute & cancel the charge. They are rude & have poor customer service. I would suggest that you go to a different McDonald’s because this one is terrible! The location is Orchard Lake & Middlebelt in Sylvan Lake Michigan.

I’ve gone to this location quite a few times and with regularity the order is wrong or the food is not well made (burnt/overcooked) thrown together. I understand that there may be off days with new employees or lack of staff, but regularly having food that is mostly inedible is not acceptable for a food establishment.

The laziest people who close early because they dont want to do their job. If you’re open till 12 and I order at 11:30 you take the order. Even if you get an order at 11:55 you take the order cause it’s the job YOU took. If you dont like that quit! Or should get fired.

Refused to refill my pop won’t come back to this location to boot I placed my order mobile to dine in and my food was in another bag just a total waist of paper bags.
