This is to the old lady working the drive thru 1st window. As a fast food employee part of your job consist of customer service.There is absolutely no reason to have an attitude week in and week out at 6:30 in the morning. If you’re fed up with your job, I suggest you quit. No one is forcing your hand to work at your age. With that being said, I will make it an effort to make sure that your establishment never sees another red cent of my money. Join the rest of the failing businesses on Maple.

Today marks the last day I will ever enter this particular McDonald’s property. I am sick and tired of pulling up to the dual drive-thru speaker, being the ONLY CAR there, told to wait, then another car pulls up to the other speaker and they immediately take their order as if they were there first. This has happened way too many times. Get it together!! I left immediately. They will not get another red cent out of me. Hopefully they’ll close like all the other restaurants on Maple Road. I’M DONE! ✌️

Went inside to order. Food was great don’t get me wrong. The problem was when I got my vanilla milkshakes I was given a damaged cup holder I didn’t realize it till I left and both my milkshakes spilled on the floor of my car. I called them and someone claimed to be a manager with bad English accent told me that she worked the counter and did not remember me coming. So I went back with my receipt and broke cup holder showed them. Was greater with bad attitude and than finally a real manager did give me 2 brand new shakes with a bad attitude also like it was my fault they spilled. So my experience was bad because of this. But again the food was great and fresh.

Ordered a breakfast meal with app, but when I got to the store and gave my mobile order: CS48 I was told it wasn’t breakfast any longer and they were selling hamburgers. It wasn’t even lunch according to the app. I went inside to tell them that the app was still saying that it was breakfast, but they assured they were serving lunch! My phone app disagreed. I wound up ordering inside because I was hungry. Very disappointed I wasn’t able to get my breakfast items.
