My order is either messed up or it’s just simply not fresh, even when I ask specifically for fresh fries etc. and my pop is always watered down. I honestly regret ordering food here every time I give them a chance. The service is usually horrible and I’ve been handed someone else’s order on a few different occasions. I miss how McDonald’s used to be back when I was in high school (great customer service and fresh food). One last thing… you would think with all of the negative reviews they would get it together!

If you choose to go inside, you will be waiting , they only care about drive-through. On average, wait 10-15 mins to even get my order taken. Staff is present but will ignore you. They seem irritated and annoyed that you came in to order and did not use the kiosk.

If you want to work super hard for a long time and not get any raises or promotion then this job is for you. They would rather hire outside people with no experience as the new Manager then to not grow with the people they have. The place is disgusting. The food is never fresh unless you ask for it to be. The kitchen smells like garbage from the drain that the managers refuse to get fixed. The roof leakes all over the store front to back that they refuse to fix. There is a major gas leak in the kitchen that they have known about for months now but they simply don’t care and don’t want to have it fixed. This place is horrible and disgusting.

There was no quality control in the food I recieved, it was poorly prepared and looked like the condiments were just thrown on the burger. The sauce was barely present as you can see by the photos. When the night manager was approached and seen my complaint, he just refunded the sandwich, said sorry as he walked away to get my refund. I had to get his attention to even look me in the eye. No concern on his face at all. Unsatisfactory, I used to enjoy McDonald’s, and now I don’t think I’ll be returning unless changes are made by both management as well as crew. The only true and believable apology I received was from the young man who took my order. Kudos to him.
