Typical McDonald’s food it was good, but seems overpriced of $9 for a chicken sandwich with pickles on it, medium fries and medium coke. The sandwich was the size I used to get my kids in their Happy meals. Think I will be going to casual dining restaurants in the future where I can sit and be served for the same price. I won’t be ordering chicken sandwiches from McDonald’s in the future.

My Aunt is new to the area and I am glad that I stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch while on a visit to her new house. The #1 reason I gave 5stars is the gazebo across the street. Amazing spot to eat your lunch/dinner. Please see picture. Restaurant was clean, employees friendly, my food was cooked correctly, served in a reasonably quick manner, and tasted good. Cant ask for much more.

Ordered inside at kiosk. Waited 30 minutes inside. Watched at least 6 people cone and get their food through drive thru. Finally asked for a refund after they ran yet another order out too the drive thru. Manager was unapologetic did not even acknowledge our wait. Went across the street to burger King and had my food in 3 minutes. Do better McDonalds.

They got my order wrong. Then proceeded to argue with me about it like it was my fault that the person who rang me up put in the wrong sandwich. I asked that they make me the correct one and she told me I needed to give her the wrong sandwich back. That is a violation of food and safety! You are never supposed to give your food back! Once she got my correct sandwich she pretty much threw it out the window at me. Horrible customer service! McDonald’s, train your employees better!

Slowest McDonalds in Michigan. Workers there were extremely slow and lazy, they walked at a shuffle with their hands in their pockets, looking at their feet. Took forever to get my food and the order was wrong. Pretty sure the women who served me knew it was wrong cuz she looked at me like she was hoping I didn’t find anything wrong with my order then dissapeared before I could inspect my food. Disgusting. Find better workers.

Used online to place order as I got a big family did the pick up where they bring out parked put my parking lot number was in slot 4 the girl that came out handed order to wrong car then got it back from her and tried handing to me a requested for it all to be remade girl gave a attitude walked in while waiting the car she gave order to her order came out and was wrong she went in two minutes later girl came out with order pretty sure same bags as food was not even hot handed bags and walked away as I was asking her about straws with no response ushully I get good service with this McDonald’s but not very happy with how much cost and treated like that
