If I could give this place a zero I would, I will never come near this establishment again. I came here for a nice treat with my two daughters. When we sat down at our table and there was a sticky strange substance on the chair. We saw a HUGE rat scurry across the floor carry a fry that my daughter had dropped. The creature smelled so horrid that I started to feel queasy, I went to the bathroom in case I vomited. As soon as I entered I realized I would definitely be emptying my stomach if the food I had just ate. There’s was a rats nest in the corner, the smell was horrendous and there were rats crawling around the corner. I immediately left and vomited on the floor outside the bathroom.

This is my second review of this location. It had been about a year since I had been there. Figured I’d give them another shot. Waited 12 minutes for two egg McMuffins. They asked me to pull around front to wait. I asked for a jelly packet. When they brought the two egg McMuffins they forgot the jelly packet. The person said I will go grab it. Then brings it back and says. “For future reference there will be an up charge of .50 for your jelly packet.” I can honestly say I’ll never go back.

Wouldn’t leave this review if this hadn’t happened multiple times. Anyone who goes inside is ignored. There’s no one at the front counter, which is totally fine if someone at least turns around every once and awhile to take an order. I saw a little boy and his older brother walk out because they had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge them. I ordered three things with one other person in the lobby. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food, and I work in fast food as well and understand that things happen. But they so obviously prioritize their drive thru customers. When I had asked about my order and said I had been waiting for 20 minutes, the literal manager snipped at me and said “Oh we have your order but it hasn’t been 20 minutes.” Girl… for real. Super immature. Not to mention my fries were ice cold after I got them. I understand it’s a McDonalds and not a steak house, but this location doesn’t even meet a basic fast food standard. Super dissappinting.

They always make you pull forward from the drive thru and then forget about you. Glad their ticket times are good but my food was wrong and cold after waiting 30 mins. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. Doesn’t matter how much you order, they always ask you to pull forward and serve other people before you.

This is the last time I’m ever going to this McDonald’s. I am seriously so annoyed, I’m not one to complain about anything or make reviews ever. But EVERY single time I’ve come here recently the two lines drive thru is always messed up at the second window. The first guy always gets it right but the second one never does. I never mind waiting because I understand fast food since Im a AGM at a fast food restaurant. The last time I came here the service worker at the second window didn’t say a single thing! Two part closes are a thing for every restaurant! Managers step up come on now! Dine in is awesome! Not drive thru.

Ordered breakfast off of doordash. It did take a while for a dasher to pick up my food however when i got it i was missing sausage for my hotcakes and everything was ICE cold. all of it was absolutely gross. if an order sits out for too long without pickup it should be remade.

Almost every time I go here, an item is missing which is money wasted. The workers here are nice, but I would really appreciate not throwing money away. Should I have checked my bag before I left? I did briefly to see most of the items. But I shouldn’t have to double-triple check EVERY single order I get.

Used to go here a lot, last 3 times my pop has tasted like it has Lysol spray in it. Super distinct chemical taste that’s so off-putting I’ve just thrown out the pop every time. Called to let them know but they don’t really want to fix it apparently.

If your going to get any type.of meal from here do it from 6am-Noon beyond that they have a staff of complete incompetent people that will consistently mess up your order, worst of all they staff it with teens after 3 and they will totally get your order wrong in many different ways . The morning staff are way better here
