I came from Lansing to take my kids on a nice bike ride through the town. After we need a break to get some lunch an go back out. We stop at this McDonald’s. We ordered on the Kiosk.. we spent about $25. We waited for a good 15 minutes to get our food. When I got out food we didn’t get it all. I asked the guy if I would be getting the rest of my food I ordered and my daughters bottle of water he said yes they are coming up. I said out an brought my food to my children. I went back to get our fries and water. I stood they and wait for then almost 25 min before I asked to get them

The only good thing here was the friendly service. Don’t bother to try to wash your hands here because the motion sensored faucet will only work for 5 seconds in 60 second intervals and that’s if you have the time, patience and skill to violently shake your hands around repetitively in order to activate the sensor. The hand dryer and soap dispenser are programmed the same way. It doesn’t take long to determine that this corporation doesn’t care if the customers or the employees are able to clean their hands, pandemic or not. The blatant greed here is unfathomable.

This place is the worst! Whenever I get off work at 4 pm and want a hot specialty coffee I’m told the coffee machine is down for cleaning at 4 everyday. So today I wait until 430 to go for my coffee order go around to pay guess what it’s down for cleaning still. Knowing that it only takes 15 to 20 mins and should be done by now I decide to wait. But pull when i pull to the front window, not only is it down for cleaning but they have not even began to run the cleaning process. The manager was unhelpful or apologetic so I got a refund. This location gets worse and worse every time I try to come here. I’m done this location will not get another penny from me or my family.
