The burgers are good…when they get the order right. I cannot count how many times I have ordered a cheese burger with ketchup and shredded lettuce only and they added mustard, onions and pickles. The most recent time they got my burger right, they gave me TWO burgers and only ONE of them was correct. Their pickles are soggy and multiple times I have found bones in my chicken nuggets. The hotcake butter is pretty much plastic. When you order fries, they’re always upside down and scattered throughout the whole bag. Their breakfast is decent when they give me JUST sausage on my sausage McGriddle, not egg and cheese.

I got a fish filet and small fry. The frys and filet were a greasy mess and some of the frys were not fully cooked. Seems their oil was not hot enough. After returning them for new they gave me the same thing just as bad if not worse.
