I drove through the drive-thru and I expressed that I wanted my food to be hot and I asked for extra pickles on my burger. When I got my food I asked if my fries were hot and the girl said we don’t serve cold food here in a snotty manner, I took a couple of french fries and I said well you are today because these are cold. I handed them back to her of course she wouldn’t take them and said to pull over and she would bring me out and order a french fries in a snotty manner. My hamburger had so many pickles on it that you really couldn’t even see the meat it was excessive and obnoxious. I probably picked off 7 to 8 pickles and kept approximately five. And then I discovered that there was no napkins in my bag to wipe my pickle fingers off on. When she brought my French fries out I mentioned that I did not have a napkin and she just kind of went ugh, like she could really care, which she didn’t and of course she did not return with a napkin. I don’t know if I would return there or not with that type of attitude. The total on the screen was different than the total at the window. SMH…

Went inside McDonald’s on may 30 2023. A young worker was eating food while bagging the orders. I have seen this go on a number of times in this store. This is against the health department codes. Management does nothing because it’s hard to find and keep working people. There was absolutely no regular or sweet tea in the lobby. There was no ice in the ice machine. The help eating food while bagging orders was a red flag for us. The workers also drink while working. We work in a food plant and you can’t do this. If you do eat or drink on the job you are let go. This is how food Born illness are spread.

You had an employee taking money, and then handling food without washing her hands, along with touching herself, pulling her pants up, and then putting her hands inside french fry packets to put in bags. Absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even get my food ordered because there was no service after I sat at the counter for 15 minutes. Worst experience ever will never go to a McDonald’s again.
