I can’t stand this McDonalds but the kids love happy meals so we end up here about once a month. It is close to home and convenient. However, The staff doesn’t say a word at the drive through. This is the third time in a row they have failed to give sauce for the nuggets. This last time, I even PAID for two extra sauces hoping this would prompt them to give sauce. It didn’t. Went inside and asked for three sauces since one came with the nuggets and I paid for two extra. The lady at the counter proceeded to ring me up for the sauces. When I explained that I already paid for them, she asked for the receipt. Of course I didn’t have it because I never get one at this location. I asked if she could check the POS for my receipt and was told she didn’t have time even though there was nobody else in the lobby. The last time I was there, I asked for one white milk and one chocolate with my two happy meals. Got to the window and there were two white milks. When I told them one was supposed to be chocolate, I received so much attitude. Eyes rolling, audible sighs and was told I need to order correctly next time. And of course, there were no sauces for the nuggets. Avoid this location if you can.

Food was literally thrown in the bag.(we were eating inside). Fries were lukewarm and nasty. When I complained and asked for fresh fries I just got dirty looks from the group of workers who seemed more interested in socializing with each other. When I got the”new” fries, they were again just thrown in the bag. The only redeeming thing about this place was that the restroom was reasonably clean.

The staff at this location is extremely rude and can never seem to get an order correct. Also, every time we order, regardless of how much or what we order, we are always asked to pull ahead and wait for our food. When they bring the food out they ask us what we ordered and then put their hands in the bag to check the good which I find disgusting especially when there are fries in the bag and your hands have touched multiple surfaces on the way to our vehicle and then you stick them in with our food.
