I am no longer going to this location. Five times in a row, five times, they forgot at least one item in our order. One of those times they didn’t put meat on our burgers. I drove back and had the order remade, drove back home open our sandwiches and again, no meat! Had to drive back again and ask the manager how this not only happens once, but twice? He apologized profusely and gave me free meal coupons. Overall it took over an hour to get home with my meal correct. (I live 5 minutes away). But five times in a row where I have to go back, go inside after checking, or go without the food I paid for. If this happened to me five times in a row, I can’t imagine how many other people leave without the food they paid for.

Trying to get food added onto your order at the speaker feels like trying to split the atom with a bucket of rusty tools. When I started eating, everything tasted off and funky except for the drink that I had to remind them to hand to me at the 2nd window as they were trying to send me off. Big mac had a large chunk of onion that wasn’t chopped, the mac sauce tasted old, and the cheeseburgers had a mountain of ketchup on them.

I gotta rate it at 1 star, as it’s impossible to get food here most of the time if your arriving after 11pm. Says it’s open till midnight, but the workers will be outside in the parking lot just hanging out and won’t take your order if you arive after 11pm. Shame.
