Terrible service!! Customers were leaving because it was taking so long to get waited on. Once my tray of food was ready, the manager walked away on her phone before giving it to me. I had to ask another person to grab it so my food wouldn’t get cold. Food was good or this would of been 1 star because zero stars isn’t an option. The store is in need of a complete overhaul!

I don’t usually post reviews but, today while at the drive-thru I asked to buy a couple of extra happy meal toys and the manager came to tell me they only had 1 character left (Max from the little mermaid). She then offered me the display toys, to which I said yes! My daughter got all of the characters except 1, and I only paid for a few extras! Kat went out of her way to make my daughter’s day! It’s the little things like that, and great customer service, that made my quick trip to McDonald’s, an enjoyable experience! Thank you, Kat!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the manager on shift at 5 pm Friday June 30th was so rude they said you get one ranch cup free with your meals and I ordered three meals so therefore I should’ve gotten three ranch cups there were 3 of us as well I had two medium fry’s and a large cup and I asked for a handful of ketchup and they gave me 4.I came back up to the desk because I had forgotten something on my order and she yelled at me again and said, what do you want now? Everyone there was so rude.

Been to this McDonalds many times because its close by, it is consistently awful. You will wait for your food 3x what you’d wait at a normal McDonalds and they are almost guaranteed to mess up your order or not have something you ordered on the mobile app. The staff is completely and utterly incompetent. Do not go to this location.

We just got drinks but the wait was really fast. The employees seemed to get along and were attentive to the customers. I have been here before and have always had good service and hot food. There are other McDonald’s in town but they aren’t as friendly as this location. Update….still the same! Yay!
